In line with the strategy of the Gérard Perrier Industrie Group, our industrial cybersecurity activities are integrating N‑CyP, a subsidiary now entirely dedicated to cybersecurity.
This integration marks a structural step in the organization of the Group's digital division, aiming to strengthen an expert, clear, and complementary offering for industrial operators.
Through this transition, our DATIVE Cybersecurity teams are joining N‑CyP to contribute to the development of a reference hub for IT & OT cybersecurity, leveraging established expertise in SOC, CSIRT, and securing industrial environments. Our historical competencies in industrial cybersecurity thus reinforce N‑CyP's capabilities to provide support across the entire cyber lifecycle: risk analysis, architecture securing, advanced detection, and incident response.
In this context, we are initiating a progressive refocusing of DATIVE's activities on IIoT and the development of software solutions dedicated to industrial performance. Our company continues the development of the DAT’Power, DAT’Process, DAT’Products, and DAT’Mountain platforms, enabling the collection, monitoring, and analysis of industrial data to optimize processes, consumption, and plant operational performance.
