Monitoring Industrial Equipment: DATIVE Presents Its DAT’Products Solution at the Cap’Ten & Magellan Plenary Organized by EDF

On this occasion, our DATIVE team had the opportunity to lead a workshop presenting its DAT’Products solution, dedicated to the connected monitoring of industrial equipment.

DAT’Products: Data Serving the Performance of Industrial Machines

Designed for industrial equipment manufacturers, DAT’Products is a complete solution that enables machine connectivity, real-time data collection, and value creation to deliver high value-added services.

Our goal: to allow manufacturers to remotely monitor the health, usage, and performance of their equipment once it is delivered and installed at the customer's site.

Thanks to this approach, they can:

• Monitor the operating status of their machine fleet in real time,
• Offer their customers performance analysis by site, network, or business segment,
• Detect anomalies and anticipate failures through weak signal analysis,
• Provide connected services (telemetry, diagnostics, remote support),
• Improve customer relationships through in-depth knowledge of actual equipment usage.

A Concrete Demonstration of IIoT Value for Industrial Equipment Manufacturers

During the workshop, Quentin, head of the IIoT division at DATIVE, illustrated this approach with a real-world use case: the connected control of industrial furnaces co-designed by GERAL. The equipment included an HMI featuring custom electronics and native connectivity, enabling data transmission to our DAT’Products platform.

Based on this, participants were able to view:

• Performance indicators (temperature, baking time, cycles),
• Data useful for maintenance,
• Remote diagnostic tools,
• And an overview of multi-site equipment usage.

The workshop also highlighted the synergy between GERAL and DATIVE’s areas of expertise: embedded design and electronics on one side, software and algorithmic enhancement on the other. This combination ensures robust, secure, and long-term scalable solutions.
