Deployment of DAT’Products for BONGARD
BONGARD, a manufacturer of bakery equipment, wanted to connect all their bread ovens. The objective was to better understand how the ovens were used by the bakers and to optimise the maintenance conducted by their dealers. DAT’Products was therefore deployed to enable data feedback from more than 5000 appliances worldwide. The solution has made it possible to collect and analyse the operating data from equipment, such as temperature, inputs/outputs, faults, statuses, and production data. Remote diagnostics have been carried out to detect anomalies with the ovens and enable dealers to be notified and proactive in conducting maintenance. The technicians have been able to remotely connect directly to the GUI for conducting a more detailed diagnostic via our remote-control solution.
To take this still further, DATIVE has developed a marketplace for BONGARD recipes, enabling a recipe to be chosen and downloaded to your oven. The solution also makes it possible to create your own recipes and deploy them with a click on all your equipment fleet.
